This video id great. In Weatherford we have had a “strong” assistant city manager taking his instruction our most recent ex-mayor to continue the parks bulding program. Boy, all I had to do was insert “this park building program or that rail to trails building project” in where the water palnt #4 was refered to.
Weatherford is a municipal electric utility, electric engery is purchased as we do not have our own generation anymore, and any request for information about this utility is met with that is NOT public record under “law 5″ which exempts municipal electric companies.
